James Baugh is Leinster Champion

Baugh is Leinster U-16 60 x 30 singles Champion

What a year it has been already for the Crossakiel Club and it is not finished yet. Today in the Leinster B Juvenile 60 x 30 Championships James Baugh representing Crossakiel and Meath pulled out all the stops as he emerged the winner after a thrilling final against Kildare’s Martin O’Donnell in Ballymore Eustace. Baugh who is trained by Eugene O’Reilly played exceptional handball on the way to a memorable win. Baugh was unlucky in game one with a 20-21 deficit to O’Donnell but hit back in true Royal County fashion. With grit and determination he held firm to record a fantastic 21-14 win game 2 and in the deciding final game he overpowered the young Kildare man by 21-6.
