Reilly tipped for Club championships Juvenile title
Johnny Reilly Jnr is the warm favourite to win the inaugural Club Juvenile 40 x 20 championships title. In the final he will face Cormac Gilsenan. Gilsenan had a quarter final win over Killian McCaffrey and an exciting 15-7, 15-14 victory over Gary Reilly in the semi-final. Johnny Reilly beat fancied James Baugh in the quarters and then followed this up with a tie breaker success 9-15, 15-14, 11-7 over Conor Rice. Reilly teamed up with Garry Reilly to reach this year’s Leinster U-17 doubles final and may have that little more experience but Gilsenan will give it all in what should be an electrifying final battle. The final gets underway on Monday 28th March in Moylagh at 8 p.m.
